Safe World

It is a small world

after all.

But it is not

a safe world.

Children are afraid to go in the streets.

Parents demand to see movies

Only in movie theaters with guards.

Buses are forbidden.

All the trips are canceled.

Only the United States is with us.

But the rest of the world is against us.

The world will be a better place

If we can all live in peace.

Chicago

Chicago in the winter is beautiful.

It has snow and I feel happy there.

It is in the United States

And it is very safe.

People there are very nice

And there is a lot to see.

Especially at winter time

Chicago looks great.

I love Chicago and I feel happy and safe there.

The Safest Place For Me

My teacher asked a question once

Which country do you think is the safest one?

Dan said France, Nurit said England

Yuval said Spain, I said Switzerland

I am not sure, but I was told

That Switzerland is at peace with all the world

Can you imagine this lovely thing?

It is better then being a queen or a king!

How could I forget the trees and the flowers

That you can look at for many hours?

When I was there I enjoyed it very much

What I described and also playing run & catch

So I suggest you pack your suitcase

And fly right now to this special (and safe) place

Not forever just for a week or two

To experience something, something new!

~  Gilat

Thoughts...

The first terrorist attack happend

Everybody was shocked because several

People died. Anger and and rage was every where

But now that these kinds of things

Happen every day and hundrads of people die,

No one says a thing.

A long time ago whene we lived in peace

And suddenly instead of a bird

You're a war plane up in the sky.

And when pain and suffering becomes unbearable,

No one can hear their cries for help!

I definitely disagree with the policy of solving things with violence instead of words.

I disagree because first of all peoples lives are in danger by using weapons. Wording things out with words can probably make more progress than having the possibility of someone giving up because the support he had got killed from lack of negotiations.

Using guns also makes it hard to understand what the opposite side would like to communicate.

Violence gives you the feeling of being locked by choice, and not by force for the simple reason of safety.

I think that with words we can get even more than what we actually want. Although working things out is much harder than pulling the trigger, its worth it!

That’s pretty much all I have to say about this subject.

I am very much against using violence.

My Safer Place   There are some places

That make me feel safe

Such as home friends

and school

That make me feel cool

If you don’t mind

And if you don’t care

I think to use

my imagination

Will be very fair

A place without wars

and stuff

That make me feel bad

A place with flowers and blue sky

Those things I’d like

to have

A place without homework and teachers

That annoys me a lot

A place with fun

and good things

And there the sun is hot

When I’m annoyed or angry

I’d like to go there for sure

But because it’s all

in my imagination

Don’t you think it’s cruel?

A Safe Place

I think a safe place is a place where you can do anything without feeling unsafe, or afraid, Being with people who love you can make feel safe. But sometimes that's not enough, sometimes you need to feel safe about your self and about the place you are in, because although the place is safe, you’re afraid because you don’t know.

I would describe a safe place like home, a place you designed, and you know the people you love will be there with you. You know everything is just perfectly YOU. At your own home you know that never mind what will happen to you, there will be always people to love you and help you, this is a thing you can’t know in every other place.

I would describe my home like a place with lot’s of colors and shapes and nice things, and with some plants, This place will give me a feeling of calm, and when you’re calm everything looks safer, and you’re less afraid.

I think heaven is the safest place because nothing can hurt you there, and no bad can get in there. Another reason why heaven feels like a safe place is that it is calm and any place, which is calm, makes it safe for the soul.

Everyone feels safe in other places, it depend on your personality, and the way you feel about people.

In conclusion: a safe place is a place where everyone lives in harmony and peace with everyone

What Do You Feel About the World Today?

I feel that the world today is that it is not a safe place to be.

I think that the world is not a safe place for children to grow up. In our world we have a lot of problems like wars and much more. . .

I think that the Jewish people has the most problems in the world because every culture in the world does not like us.

I think that children cannot grow us peacefully in this environment.

Poem

In the world I feel like I am part of it

Like I have something to eat

Like I have home and family

Like any child that lives happily

In the world there also bad thing

Like a war and anything

Like a terrorist attacks and fights

Sometimes I feel like somebody turn of the lights

I open the television and all I see

Are dead people looking at me

There are times that I really scared

And I am afraid to go to school and learned

Many years ago the peace was near

Now all there is left is fear

In these days the world fight each other

Incted being very good mother and father

If you could change one thing about

the world, or Israel or the

neighborhood you live in – to make it

safer for everyone – what would it be

and why?

In order to make the world safer for everyone,

I would like to change the way that people are arguing so they will not be able to use force and not able to engage war. This way people will have to negotiate with each other and will never fight and they could settle their differences by words not wars.

                    ~ Eldar

No, because children can not go almost anywhere, (in Israel) to the mall, to school, to a restaurant and other public places.

But we do go there and then it is becoming a dangerous situation, because a Palestinian terrorist can, in some places start shooting or blow himself.

Speech to the United Nations

I think that we can improve with these offers.

Every school will have 4 security guards.

If a people will see a strange object he can tell the security guard to come over and the security guard will check it and he could save thousand of unsaved people the security guard need to check the people and there bags at once.

Every 30 minutes the security guard will take a look on all the school yards and the buildings.

All of the security guards should keep looking all the time.

These are the best offers I can think about right now.

Describe a place real or imaginary that makes you feel safe – a place you go to feel better about things?

I chose my room because it’s the only place where I can be alone.

When I have a fight with someone that’s the only place I want to be at. I feel connected to my room because all of it is mine and there I keep all my stuff and things I don’t want anybody to see.

I feel safe in there because I know that no one can get in without my permission and that makes me feel safer.

Well, I think every child eventually fights with his parents about cleaning their room, but I think it supposed to be the children’s decision if they should clean their rooms because it belongs to the child.

If could change one thing in the world,

I would choose to say it in one word.

Peace.

That’s what everybody wants.

There is one thing I don’t get,

Why there isn’t peace yet.

4. Home is my safety place,

Where I can wear my real face.

I can eat and I can rest,

And do the things I love the best.

From New-York until Rome,

There is no place like home.

Agree or Disagree. Why?

Guns not words make a safe place for everyone!

I disagree with this sentence because violence doesn’t solve anything, you should try in words and if that doesn’t work try talking to someone older. When you try to handle things with violence its just makes things worse and more people get hurt and sometimes it comes to killing, it’s really hard to dill with the pain. In words you can agree or disagree but no one gets hurt.
