In Grade 6G students explored the issue of excuses in their lives. This study began students working in small groups to collaboratively brainstorm as many excuses as possible. From there, students used an "affinity diagram," an organizational tool they learned about on the web site, to analyze their data. Following this exploration, each student created a WANTED poster which artistically depicted an excuse that plagued them personally and how they would "bust" these repeat offenders!
